Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, wallets and EMI through Razorpay, and cash on delivery where it is available for your address and order value.
Is my payment safe?
Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay’s secure window. Dreem9 never sees or stores them.
How do loyalty points work?
You earn points on delivered orders and for reviewing products you bought. Redeem them at checkout. Your balance and history are on the Loyalty points page in your account.
How do I use a coupon or gift card?
Enter the code in your bag or at checkout and press Apply. Coupons from a seller work only on that seller’s products.
Who do I contact about an order?
For questions about a product, use “Message seller” on the product page. For delivery or payment problems write to us at support@dreem9.com.
How do I sell on Dreem9?
Apply at the Sell on Dreem9 page with your GSTIN and PAN. We review applications within two working days.
